It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring.....
I cannot believe it....rain!!! Last night AND this morning! Not just sprinkles...honest to goodness RAIN!!! Thunder and all!!! The best part is, Mary slept through it and it ended in time for Houghtons bedtime (last night)!! So I got to sleep as well! It was great! AND....this morning in my 8am lab (with a tin roof)....it poured again!!! The lights even flickered on and off several times!! VERY EXCITING!!
Yes, here, in the desert, we get excited over a little rain!!! It's great!!! It has made my day!! I just hope the sun stays away so it won't be hot and humid later!!! (always a possibility!)
